VISION OF YOU 2008 STORY
Vision of You 2008 on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 was a complete success. It was a wild event which included a venue shift from First Baptist New Orleans to Celebration Church in Metairie, LA, just hours before the scheduled start time. An unprecedented venue change had to be made at the last minute due to a water line being struck by a construction company working outside of First Baptist New Orleans. As the parking lot filled with water, the venue was shut down due to lack of water for fire protection.
Abandon Productions was blessed by Celebration Church who graciously offered to host the event at the last minute. Despite all the chaos which led to a last minute venue shift, Vision of You 2008 was an incredible evening of ministry. Record numbers of children in need were adopted through World Vision and numerous lives were touched by the presentation of God's Love by Shane and Shane, Starfield, David Nasser, and Bethany Dillon. Abandon Productions would like to thank everyone who contributed to and made Vision of You 2008 possible.
