ABANDON @ THE HARD ROCK

In December 2009 our ministry will be launching an outreach series called Abandon @ The Hard Rock in coordination with the Hard Rock Cafe in the French Quarter of New Orleans, LA. The first show is Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at 7:00 PM. The Christmas-themed event will feature southern rock band Elyseeum (www.myspace.com/elyseeum) as the main headliner with local indie rock artist Chase McCloud (www.myspace.com/chasemccloud). An $8 cover charge will be taken at the door to benefit our ministry and the "Imagine There's No Hunger" Why. Campaign. Come show your support!

NEW ORLEANS YOUTH MINISTER'S NETWORK

Abandon Productions is proud to announce that our manager/founder Dean Ross has accepted an invitation to join the executive board of directors for the New Orleans Youth Minister's Network (NOYMN). NOYMN exists to unite youth pastors and ministry leaders from across Greater New Orleans in prayer support and outreach to see transformation come to the Crescent City. RESULTS FROM IMPACT WEEK 2009

MY SCHOOL OUTREACH

For the past year and half in addition to their work with Abandon Productions, Dean and Laura Ross have served locally in New Orleans, LA, working as missionaries for the North American Mission Board (www.namb.net) running a campus ministry organization called My School (www.myapace.com/myschooloutreach). My School is a campus outreach initiative in New Orleans, LA, aimed at equipping and reaching middle school and high school students for Jesus Christ. God has worked in many ways over the past year opening many doors on school campuses across Greater New Orleans to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Dean helps run evangelistic clubs and speaks at schools on a weekly basis. Please continue to pray for the Ross Family and the growth of My School.
