APM STAFF:
Dean Ross (Manager/Founder)
Dean Ross is the manager, founder, and visionary of Abandon Productions. He has been actively involved in ministry for many years now planning, promoting, and producing events along with speaking engagements at various venues and locations. In addition to his work with Abandon Productions, Dean serves as the director of My School Outreach in New Orleans, LA, in coordination with the LBC and on the executive board of directors for the New Orleans Youth Minister's Network. Prior to working with Abandon Productions and NAMB on a full-time basis, he was a featured speaker and ran clubs in public high schools along with planning and coordinating special events for Next Generation Ministries. Dean holds a degree in Marketing with minors in Accounting and Management graduating Magna Cum Laude from Southeastern Louisiana University. His vast ministry experience includes a certificate of ordination as a deacon from his home church. He, his wife, Laura (below), and his son, Colden, live in Metairie, LA, where they are actively involved in their local church.
Laura Ross (Administrative Support)
Laura Ross is the wife of Abandon Productions' manager and founder Dean Ross. She currently serves as administrative support helping to coordinate all events and actively involved in all business activities. Prior to moving to the New Orleans metropolitan area, Laura served on the worship team at Woodland Park Baptist Church in Hammond, LA. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Delgado Community College. She, her husband, Dean (above), and her son, Colden, live in Metairie, LA, where they are actively involved in their local church.
Paul Irons (Associate Director of Community Outreach)
Paul is the associate director of community outreach for Abandon Productions overseeing the community developement, outreach, and evangelism strategy of special events. Paul attended college at Florida State University where he played football and received a degree in Finance. After college he went on to play in the National Football League for the Cleveland Browns. Paul, his wife, Kim, and their son, Micah, now live in New Orleans, LA, and are actively involved in their local church.
Dexter Gaspard (Associate Director of Administration)
Dexter is the associate director of administration for Abandon Productions assisting in running all outreach events. Dexter is the owner of Grand Design Computers LLC out of Cut Off, LA. He has spend many years now proclaming Christ with Christian event through Atonement Productions and booking shows for the Cajun Event Center near Houma, LA. Dexter and his wife, Casey, with their kids, Cole and Lyla, currently live in Houma, LA and are actively involved in their local church.
Troy Gause (Associate Director of Evangelism)
Troy Gause is the associate director of evangelism for Abandon Productions. He has been actively involved in ministry for many years now running C.R.E.A.M., a community outreach and enrichment program geared towards reaching the youth of Greater New Orleans. Troy is currently working on his degree at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Chanel, live in New Orleans, LA, with their four children: Troiana, Tamera, Jajuan, and Raylynn.
